Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon
Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon is a computational, clinical, and behavioral neuroscientist whose work has supported the transformation of countless lives.
As founder of Access to the Path, she combines the power of modern science with emotional and spiritual intelligence to generate compelling and innovative strategies that help people and businesses become more purposeful, effective, and prosperous.
Her career as a highly trained scientific researcher began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience. She then continued her studies in the interdisciplinary field of computational neuroscience. Under the direction of John Chapin, she received her PhD from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia.
Beginning with her graduate work, Dr. Hashemiyoon has always been on the cutting edge of research and innovation. Her graduate thesis demonstrated for the first time a novel form of information processing in the visual system. Her postdoctoral work at the Yale School of Medicine demonstrated the active participation of thalamocortical neurons in the production of spike-and-wave seizures, and revealed the involvement of Ih in the mechanism of such seizures.
At the University of Miami, she reported the first longitudinal study in humans of the effects of deep brain stimulation therapy on the underlying neurodynamics in a psychiatric disorder. She posited a potential mechanism explaining the pathophysiology of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome, elucidating for the first time the likely basis of tic genesis.
She has also participated in the development of new technologies in the fields of both basic research and clinical therapeutics. These advances have become staples in their arenas.
Despite years of pioneering work advancing our understanding of the brain, Dr. Hashemiyoon wanted to do more. To her, science was a noble pursuit because it was in service of understanding and improving the human condition, her unwavering passion. She realized it was time to serve more than just the scientific and medical communities. To fulfill her vision of creating a world where all could thrive, Dr. Hashemiyoon founded Access to the Path, LLC.
Applying the interdisciplinary approach she knew so well, she developed tools and strategies designed to help people power through the noise of a complex, rapidly changing world. Her innovative methods produce unique, usable techniques that support mental well-being, optimize performance, and align people with their authentic selves.
As an author, speaker, transformational advisor, and consultant, Dr. Hashemiyoon serves a global audience. Powerfully connected to the complementary fields of science and spirituality, she has come to be known affectionately as “the people’s neuroscientist”.

Johnny Nash graduated from Brunel University (UK) with a law degree and did the LPC postgraduate course at the College of Law, London. Having worked in London and Dubai for over 25 years, Johnny has extensive experience in recruitment.
For the last 15 years, Johnny has held very senior management positions within technology, fintech, gaming and telecoms recruitment in the UK, USA & EMEA markets, initially as a consultant and then as a manager.
Johnny Nash is a global headhunter ranked among the top 1% on LinkedIn. He specializes in recruiting mid-senior and senior-executive candidates. Over the course of his career, Johnny has worked for multinational companies such as Spring Technology, as well as boutique companies such as Jonathan Wren, Eurobase International, and FORTE ICT.
Over the course of his career, Johnny Nash has partnered with multinational corporations and startups as well as scale-ups, unicorns, disruptors, and regional groups in the UK, US, and EMEA regions.
